WoCo (Women Conductors programme) helps women take big steps towards professional conducting careers. Founded by Alice Farnham, the partnership between the Royal Philharmonic Society, Royal Northern Sinfonia, and The Glasshouse International Centre for Music gives conductors hands-on time with the orchestra, coaching from Alice, and lots of real-world insight.
